Cormac oversees the day to day activates within Aherne Loughnan Auctioneers. Having successfully completed a BSC (Hons) degree in Real Estate Valuation and Management in Bristol, he returned to Cork in 2006. After initially specialising in Commercial property, and residential sales, Cormac set up Aherne Loughnan Auctioneers in 2015. Cormac now specialises in property acquisition and building long standing client relationships.

Liam has extensive education and experience in property. After completing his Certificate, and Diploma in Auctioneering and Valuations he progressed to successfully complete a MA Degree in Real Estate Management from The University of the West of England, after completing a BSC (Hons) degree in Real Estate Valuation and Management. Now with the company for a number of years, Liam is a people person and someone you can trust in confidence for all your property transactions.
