We have a set fee of 1%* exc VAT with no hidden or extra costs.

Advertising
At AherneLoughnan we do not charge for any marketing or advertising of your property.
A lot of agents will charge upfront fees, for items that include: sign boards, online advertising, glossy brochure printing, newspaper advertising and other unnamed marketing expenses.
We advertise your property on the major property portal daft.ie. Your property will also be listed on our own website www.AherneLoughnann.ie. where active, funded home-buyers are searching every day. We also talk to our network of active buyers about any homes that suit their budget or requirements. They will also be emailed a brochure on the property, which will include a house plan portraying the layout.
